How is it possible to play MKV with PLEX app on Smart TV ?
what smart tv are we talking about (beyond it being a Sony)?
do you use an older model or one of the Sony Android TVs introduced since 2015?
I’m using my Plex server in combination with a Sony Android TV from 2016 – works just fine with MKVs independent if I use the built-in Videos app via DLNA or the Plex Client.
