Hi, I have a couple of samsung smart TVs neither of which are able to play mkv format via plex server with error “format not supported” and showing the mkv format as vnd.dlna.mpeg-tts. But both of them can play that very same format if I were to play it via a shared folder on my network or if I use the plex app on either of the TVs. Is there a way to work around this issue? If so some guidance would be much appreciated. Log below trying to run a large mkv movie
