How long does it take from a series appearing in TheTVDB until it is matched in Plex.

8 hours. Clear HTTP-cache - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202967376-Clearing-Plugin-Channel-Agent-HTTP-Caches

edit: There’s a delay within thetvdb to take into account for too. Of which I’m not sure how long it might be, it could be a couple of days before a completely new series would appear in their API. The delay after that until Plex caches it is 8 hours.
