Ugh, either fix this app or delete it. Why does it keep freezing?
What exactly is freezing?
Would you mind sharing with which exact version and on which platform you’re experiencing this?

Downloads freezing in Desktop apps, could be wrong. Personally I have not had an issue, yet I root out the download and add to my Libraries manually rather than use a downloads Library.
While using the app, and when switching to the TV, there is no way to control it. The app freezes.
