Sorry if this has been asked and answered but I was wondering how long after filling out and submitting the registration form should it take to get the email with the instructions on how to install the iOS beta?
I filled it in yesterday but haven’t gotten the email yet.
I have seen that perhaps this is a larger issue with the notification emails as per
Would someone from Plex be able to double check that the email system is working and/or comment on what the typical expected time frame would be (i.e. is it just an automated system or a manual system that has to go through some requirements before sending)?
Maybe the subject should have been “how long should a reply to a post take”? 
With some of the other similar posts it has been 2-3 weeks with no replies from Plex (and personally I haven’t received any emails in response to my registration) so I suppose the take away should be that the beta is no longer needing people and that we should infer this based on no communication?
Just to update this post…I received my buddy pass email this morning, thanks Plex.
The questions still are valid though…how long should it typically take to receive the emails (i.e. is a week expected?) and if this is a manual or automated process (i.e. did I receive the email in the time I did due to someone getting around to it or that a bug was resolved in the automated process)?
