My NAS CPU has been running at 99-100% for nearly a week “scanning library files”. First time using Plex as a way around Sonos’s 65k song limit so not too familiar with all the details.
Is it normal for it to take so long to index? The folder I added has only music in it. Mainly mp3, some FLAC. I know the NAS CPU isn’t particularly strong so maybe that’s how it goes.
Thanks
Joel
Thanks,
I believe most of the tracks are organized in a similar fashion. Though the album folder nor actual audio file doesn’t include the band name as in your sample above, but I’d imagine that isn’t too important. I’ll try adding them in phases as one of the folders is filled with a mash of various tracks so that alone could be the holdup.
