This is such a widespread issue it seems and it’s been going on for quite sometime. This bug creates a lot of unnecessary strain on our system resources. I’m truly amazed that Plex has not patched this yet. What on earth is going on Plex team?

Running the latest 1.13.0.5023 in docker.
My version is actually 1.13.0.5003.
What are you seeing in the PMS logs or status that indicates constant scanning?
