Is it possible for my friends to reach my mediaserver with plex on their Apple TV?
If, how? Plex connect is install on my computer an apple tv and working perfect in my house, but witch DNS config should i use from my friends home?

Theoretically you need to port forward to appropriate ports in your router/modem and then point your buddies apple tv to your public IP. Make sure that it's a static one though, since if it's a dynamic IP that will change over time - PlexConnect will stop working.
You don't need a PlexConnect host at your friends house, you "just" need a connection between your friends Apple TV and your local PlexConnect host.
...just be aware that in doing so, you got to open your PlexConnect machine to the whole wide world. Which I personally wouldn't advice, not the DNS nor the HTTP Server parts have gone through any security testing.
From my point of view better alternative: Run a local PlexConnect at you friends, use the std. myPlex sharing feature. With any luck... is it an aTV2?
