How should I save the episodes?

How should I save the episodes? Do you just dump them all into the TV show folder, or do you leave them in the Volume folders?

You create a library and add a root folder to it (“TV Shows” in exemples on url provided below )
The serie folders will be directly in that root folder (“Grey’s Anatomy” for exemple)
