help… I’m trying to install a small 16x4 screen to use as a display (and some buttons to control it).
I’ve started following this tutorial… https://github.com/RasPlex/RasPlex/wiki/GPIO-LCD but when i try to copy the config file from /etc/LCDd.conf it doesn’t exist …
Are there any updated instructions anywhere? or can someone post a config file I can start from?
ok… i’ve found a copy of the correct driver and a config file. I’ve also enabled it within plex, but its still not running… I’ve tried to find the daemon on the build but it doesn’t seem to be there! apt and yum don’t work on LibreElec… so where now!

there is a lcd.xml file in the /storage/lcdproc directory!
ok… worked it out… LCDd isn’t on the build… you have to add it and configure it… luckily they have only half removed it, as the hook into OpenPHT is still there…
