Shoot… you got me there! I guess I’m not yet in a festive mood. I should know better, as I watch ELF along with some old holiday classics come each Christmas time. Now, what are we doing about the elves and their diabetes problems? I mean, their candy cane and hot chocolate diet has to come at a price!

Yes! I was doing that manually for each recording… arghh… such manual labor!
FYI regional Australia and European EPG hasn’t been resolved yet, but we are well aware of the issues.
Has Beta 3 changed any of the tuner selection logic? Wondering if it will help my aborts?

Depends on what you mean by aborts. It should fix a timeout issue some people were seeing.

What’s your logic for needing them? (You can actually add them right now via curl if you feel like getting down and dirty)
I have 3 HDHomeRun Boxes 2 Extends & 1 Prime
Just would like to be able to record all my network TV then whatever stuff off my cable.

I assume he means being able to add multiple hdhomerun devices. I’m currently using the HDHR DVR only because it can utilize both my Connects to record 4 shows at once. Looking forward to switching to Plex DVR or maybe the Channels DVR if it ever gets to beta. I watch everything through an Apple TV so the HDHR view apps are no good for me. Currently using Channels app for live TV and Plex for playing back recorded TV.
Same here. I have two devices and now that we are into the Season premiere season I am recording too much for my one device. I am ready to switch over once I can use them all.
Re: logic for using multiple DVRs: in addition to being able to record more programs, my other DVR integrates Live TV and allows me to make recordings decisions at the TV set. Currently Plex requires me to schedule recordings at my desktop Plex server (can’t afford a Nvidia Shield at every TV), which is away from the TV room. Also still can’t record at the Plex clients. Plex isn’t an all in one solution, yet.
With heterogeneous devices, you would need to DVRs. You can create them right now, you just need to be a terminal/curl wizard. Same goes for adding multiple devices to a single DVR.

Actually, I can schedule from any web browser. This allows me to use my iPad browser to schedule a show. I can also schedule shows to record when I am away from the house (like at work). I am running the SD DVR too. I can only schedule shows remotely using a VPN and RDPing to a computer and using the HDHomeRun View app.
I wish i knew how to do this. Having multiple DVRs is the top feature request for me @elan
