I currently have my children set up as managed users with the “Teen” content filter, however there are a few PG-13 movies I would like to block from my tweens. Likewise, there are a few R movies that I feel are suitable for my older teen and I would like to make them available to him. What is the best way to accomplish this customization?
With labels:
They only work as a whitelist, so you cannot exclude movies with a certain label.

If we are talking content on your own server, you might as well edit those movies and change their rating directly.
