How to Backup Plex Server Settings, User Files. Need to Wipe Server and Re-Install OS

Hello all, just a hopefully quick question. I need to wipe my server and reinstall the OS fresh (nothing to do with Plex, but unavoidable). I don’t want to lose things like the watch status and user settings, etc. in Plex. What files do I need to backup and restore to keep all my Plex info (media is stored on separate HDDs from OS HDD.
