The content restrictions are for content that you are sharing with them from your own server. The Watchlist, Discovery etc however have nothing to do with your own server. They are hosted on plex.tv, to which a full plex.tv account has full access.

OK. So I guess the solution is to get rid of those accounts and create new ones as Managed Users. Go to Plex Home.

Click on the managed account name.

Click on Restrictions.

Edit the Restriction Profile.

Save Changes.
