How to copy watched status from one user to another?

I would like to make my plex admin user a true admin where we do not watch anything from this account, and move my watched list to a regular user plex account. Currently all my watched status are under the plex admin account. So I would like to copy watched status from one user account to another! Is there any way to do this?
