I see it’s been posted before and I’ve tried to resolve it but failed.
On Updating Library (on Synology 412play) with MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.6 and Plex Media Server 1.0.3.2461-35f0caa after using VPN (if that’s relevant…), I get “This server cannot reach the internet. Please verify connectivity and try again” and can’t resolve it by deleting:
\PubSubServer_SUSendProfileInfoXFirstRun_SUHasLaunchedBefore_SULastCheckTime_LanguageInCloud_PubSubServerPingYSUFeedURL_PlexOnlineToken_CertificateVersion_AnonymousMachineIdentifier^PlexOnlineMail_PlexOnlineUsername_OldestPreviousVersion_PublishServerOnPlexOnlineKey
from com.plexapp.plexmediaserver.plist.
I can play music on both MacBook Pro and IOS app (both within WiFi and remotely).
I just can’t Update the Music Library.
Thoughts?
