How to correct "This server cannot reach the internet. Please verify connectivity and try again"

I see it’s been posted before and I’ve tried to resolve it but failed.

On Updating Library (on Synology 412play) with MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.6 and Plex Media Server 1.0.3.2461-35f0caa after using VPN (if that’s relevant…), I get “This server cannot reach the internet. Please verify connectivity and try again” and can’t resolve it by deleting:

\PubSubServer_SUSendProfileInfoXFirstRun_SUHasLaunchedBefore_SULastCheckTime_LanguageInCloud_PubSubServerPingYSUFeedURL_PlexOnlineToken_CertificateVersion_AnonymousMachineIdentifier^PlexOnlineMail_PlexOnlineUsername_OldestPreviousVersion_PublishServerOnPlexOnlineKey

from com.plexapp.plexmediaserver.plist.

I can play music on both MacBook Pro and IOS app (both within WiFi and remotely).

I just can’t Update the Music Library.

Thoughts?

Is there anybody out there? Someone from PLEX? Can we get some help please? HELP HELP HELP !!!
I’m running PLEX (with Plex Pass) on my QNAP TS-453-mini with 16Mbyte RAM. Server Version = Version 1.2.5.2966
