Unable to Update Premium Music Library "This server cannot reach the Internet. Please verify..."

I’ve had no joy on the Linux forum for my issue, so I’m hoping that somebody from Plex will look at and fix my problem if I post it here seeing as though I pay for a plex pass.

I haven’t really used the music functionality within Plex much, but have just put up a new album into a “Premium” music library (I do have an active Plex Pass subscription) and it isn’t displaying. When I go to the Music section and click the “Update library” icon, I get the error “Internet Required. This server cannot reach the Internet. Please verify…”. All my other libraries for TV and Movies update from the internet fine and with this being hosted on a cloud server and streamed to my home PC’s, I know it’s internet is working (I can stream the music that is already in the library as well). If I go to Settings -> Server -> Remote Access, it verifies it’s connected to the internet OK as well. I’ve enabled debug logging, then restarted the server, waited a few minutes and tried again and still no go, so I’ve attached the logs here.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
Michael

Am I correct in assuming that even people with a paid for Plex Plus account don’t get any support from the Plex team at all and it’s all left down to helpful volunteers?
