Hi again,
today I bumped into the mentioned bug. I tried to update the musiclibrary and got this “supposed to be solved error” related to the internet connection.
The internet connection is up and running I tried the IP adress which I found in Preferences,xml ( 172.104.173.210) and got a 403 error . . .
Let me know if you would need logs . .

Update:
This seems to be a kind of an invisible logout.
My web client seems to be “normal” but the log said “WARN - Need to be signed in and connected to the Internet to refresh a plex music library.” . . . I reopend the web client . . . voilà it works
For now . . . case closed ( ok, the error message could have been more clear )
