I have a QNAP NAS with DVBLink installed. While it is not possible to configure DVR in plex since Greece is not included in the list, DVBLink stops functioning because plex is talking over the tuner.
Is there a way to disable PLEX DVR since I am not going to use it, at least for the time being?

How about removing the tuner devices you don’t want Plex to use or just deleting the DVR?
I cannot remove the tuner device from NAS since I need it for DVBLink. If you are talking about removing it for plex configuration or using delete, then this is exactly what I want to do. Unfortunately there is no option for any of them! The “delete” function I have seen on some screenshots, but apart from the fact that did not solved the problem of that other member, it simply does not exists at least not any more!
“removing it from Plex configuration” is what I was talking about. I would delete each device (click the X on the right side) and then delete the DVR (click Delete DVR in the upper right corner.

From what I see this is a screenshot of the already configured tuners. I cannot configure my tuner cause there is no EGP information available. Thus live tv is not configured and therefore I do not have the options to delete something. But even so, plex is locking my tuner.
So if your tuner is not configured in Plex how can it be using it? There would be no recordings to make using the DVR and with no tuner configured no Live TV available for it to use a tuner. Can you provide more information and possibly some screenshots?

I know it is strange. Non the less the plex service is kind of locking the tuner. I have found similar cases in other forum topics. It is also clear that if I completely disable plex, my tv works fine, while when plex is enabled, my tv apps says that tunner is not available.
As described in the link below I found the same log file (for a non configured service) and I checked that my tuner is used by plex.
