Trouble Removing DVR

I just built a new Plex server and tried moving my library to a new one. (The old one did not have the DVR functionality setup, but I have had other servers setup with DVR).

My new server is attempting to refresh the EPG (stuck at 0%) and doesn’t go anywhere. When I try to remove the tuner, i just get met with an error removing it. When I restart the Plex service the tuner is back. I’d like to not have this Program Guide refreshing going forever. How can I remove the tuner or fix the EPG refresh?

OS: Ubuntu 16.04.2
Plex Ver: 1.5.6.3790

UPDATE: Evidently waiting for a bit, having something crash, restarting the service and poof…removed…

I’m having the same issue. I removed the USB Hauppauge 955Q tuner and installed a QuadHD tuner from the supported device list. Even though I unplugged the USB tuner, uninstalled all of the software, stopped and started the service (and then the PC) and removed it from Device Manager Plex STILL reports that it has found a new 955 Tuner? Is there a configuration file somewhere that will allow me to delete the tuner reference?

You both get an error removing the tuner? We’ll need to see some logs for that.
It should come up and say ‘Device not found’ on DVR settings page.
