Player Version#:latest ps4 plex app
So Plex was fine until yesterday it auto downloaded a new update and now Plex won’t work, says server is too old. Well, I can’t upgrade the server because it only supports Mac OS 10.6, is there a way to downgrade to previous version of Plex app?

oh? in that case im never using plex again.
the update is rubbish and the LOT slower and harder to find and play anything.

Yeah, that’s unfortunate but I wasn’t too happy with Plex on the Ps4 anyway. It’s slow, crashes alot and you have to be on the internet for it to work. Needs internet to load the app. Going back to Mac mini, but I need the PS4 for 4K stuff so I’ll just use the DLNA media player for that on there. I suppose my LG TV’s have already updated too and now non functional until I upgrade server.
Awesome work Plex. I’m also running server version 0.9.16.6 due to older hardware and neither my Xbox One or PS4 can connect. Useless application.
@Tomtastic It is possible with Charles proxy I’ve done it with game. Only possible though if the ps4 pkg if plex was on the current ps4 system update. I’ve been haveing trouble my self since I’ve updated and playback of tv shows stopping halfway through with my ps pro. I’ll try it with mine and let you know…

Proxy files work on mac because that’s what I’m using
Sadly 1.02 was the newest one under 1.05 to work.
