How to enable auto-download of subtitles?

Hi! I believe I did enable all the right options but it doesn’t seem that subtitles are auto-downloaded.

I am French and live in the US – I have 2 libraries, one for movies in English and one for movies in French. I would like PLEX to auto-download 2 subtitle files for each movie (one in French, one in English).

Is that something that can be done?

From inside of Plex, you can only get 1 subtitle at once: On-Demand Subtitle Search | Plex Support

Downloading 2 different subtitles at once is not possible without 3rd-party software, I’m afraid.

Thanks – I set up opensubtitles under Agents> Movies > Plex (legacy) or Agents > TV shows > TVDB but it’s not downloading subtitles automatically. Anything else I need to do?

As I said, what you want is not possible with Plex anymore.
The opensubtitle plugin doesn’t work in libraries which use the new agents.
