How to enable headsets instead of speakers on OpenPHT client?

Can someone assist on how to enable Logitech USB headset instead of speakers in OpenPHT? I currently get no audio. I only use the headset on my PC. There are currently no speakers connected. I am running OpenPHT on Windows 10 desktop.

Are these settings part of OpenPHT or Windows?

Thanks in advance.

When I first started using OpenPHT I had this very same problem. After doing a Google search I figured out how to fix the no audio issue. You have to go to the preferences tab and then select audio output. Once you do that scroll down until you see audio output device. I’m not sure which kind of sound drivers you have on your computer but what works for me is choosing DirectSound: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) as the audio output. Hope this helps.

Thank you. After trial and error I was able to finally get sound. For my Logitech headset the following setting worked:

Audio Output = ANALOG
Audio Output Device = DirectSound Direct Speakers (3 - Logitech USB Headset)

By the way, what are UP and DOWN arrows mean next to the entry?

TBH I’m not sure what those arrows mean either so I pretty much leave them be.
