I checked your link but I don’t think it totally applies to me. On that site, they seem to be having problems with Hollywood movies not downloading metadata. My videos are home movies. I have verified my agent settings are correct. Some of my home movies generated a thumbnail perfectly fine… the majority of the other ones, not so much.
