Have y’all compared notes? Not the same but something to do with jobs getting triggered and scheduled.
Seems KINDA SORTA the same. His problems are no thumbnails for chapter marks of movie extras. Mine is straight up no thumbnails of the main video for personally added media. Still, might be related?!? If only Plex support would respond…

Im in the same boat as you, im giving up on trying to fix it. now im trying to just migrate my watched history to a clean install… but plex’s guide is not accurate. so im stuck again, lovely.
but for you (i see youre on linux), their guide should work. have you considered a clean install? force plex to relearn all metadata.
I haven’t tried that and would really like to avoid it. Some day down the road (couple years from now?), I’ll probably blow away my Debian install and move everything to a new system. At that time, I’ll see if that helps but in the mean time, I’m waiting on Plex support to offer up a solution. Judging by all my bumps, you can tell I’m in this for the long haul.
