Yet another feature they advertise to get your money. If they don’t plan to fix it stop advertising it!

@trumpy81 - thanks very much for the update. I guess we’ll all quietly hope this feature magically starts working again at some point in the future. 
Sigh. I also primarily purchased Plex Pass for album reviews… and have now found this thread… guess I’ll be living with copying and pasting them in from AllMusic as I add new music to my library and the existing few thousand albums… well, one day…
… that said… I’ve noticed that the Xbox client and one other client I use (either Win10 UWP or PMP in theatre mode?) doesn’t even show the review data. The Android client does which is nice.
Question - Gracenote seems to be a real “black box” service. how are you supposed to even know if there is a review for an album?
- 1 pray more for this. Its incredible more than one year and still with that crap
