I have a Plex Premium Music Library, and while I do get band Bio’s, I do not get any Album reviews.
I have a main library with hundreds of Albums, and the problem is consistent, I never see any Album reviews. I used to have some of them, I have screen shots from then, but since I rebuilt my plex server I have not seen any at all.
To troubleshoot I just created a new premium library , pointed it at a single folder w Adele , “21” it it, and it immediately recognized the Artist, The Album, and even each song. There was no issue pulling down the artist picture and bio, or the album picture. no luck at all with the Album review.
Is this issue ever going to get sorted? Still no album reviews at all, and only basic band bio info, even with a premium music library. At least the flakey synchronisation of album art to my Android phone seems to have been finally resolved in recent weeks.
This is a very important feature for me (and other’s obviously) this feature stopped working eon’s ago! I paid for a Plex pass long ago expecting these features to at least continue…I do not care about “Web video’s” or other such nonsense features that Plex seems to focus on now! You took away my Plex cloud (that was bad enough) so can you guy’s at least explain why this simple feature has not been working?..Us paying customers are curious…
I second this as well because Plex keeps adding on and on. I paid for a lifetime Plex Pass believing in the platform. What is happening with Plex and its features?
