I am trying to setup LiveTv on Plex server in Vietnam using WinTV DualHD. However, I run into the following problem:
On WinTV software, I found several channels when I scan (note that Vietnam is select-able on the list of countries). I tried to scan on Plex and no channel is found (Vietnam is not a choice on the list of countries on Plex)
Does Plex NOT currently support Vietnam as an option for LiveTV? If anyone knows a solution/suggestion. Please help. Thank you.
I do not see Vietnam listed in the supported countries found on the Frequently Asked Questions Page: https://support.plex.tv/articles/226463767-frequently-asked-questions-dvr-live-tv/.
Could you advise how to get Vietnam to be a supported country?

Would it be possible for Plex to add Live TV support for Vietnam? I try Emby and they do have support for LiveTV for Vietnam.
I already have 2 Plex premium accounts. And I really do want to have to move all my Plex server to Emby. Could Plex Support Team please help add support for Vietnam to the LiveTv? Greatly appreciate your assistance and courtesy.
If Gracenote does not have the data for Vietnam then Plex can’t offer it is a supported country. If you can utilize a XMLTV file from a provider then you can configure the Plex DVR to use the XMLTV instead of Gracenote.
Could you please guide me how you get into this screen? I do not see this screen when trying to set up LiveTV. Below is the screen I see. Plex forced me to scan the channels instead of allowing me to bypass or use the xmltv file.
It is frustrating that Emby can support the scan for Vietnam but Plex could not.
Sorry but I have been out on vacation since August 9 and just got back yesterday. Delete the DVR. When setting it back up on the first screen after selecting the device which is what was shown in the screenshot instead of entering the Postal Code and clicking Continue you click on the link shown to provide an XMLTV Program file for Plex to use instead of the Gracenote provided Guide information.

Sorry to trouble you again. Plex still not shows that screen for me.
Here is my information and what I did
I tried both Antenna and Cable option. And scanned with all the countries on the list. None of them get me to the screen you posted.
