I am seeking help, I have followed all the tutorials on youtube but at the begining they say chnage your I.P. manually to the plex server I.P.
but where do I find this I.P. ? it is the only part I am stuck on.
If you click this link its starts off by saying change the I.P. but what to?

As said in the link you gave :
"In order for PlexConnect to work the ATV has to have its DNS server changed to the IP address of the device running the PlexConnect application."
hence : install and run PMS on your computer, install and run plexconnect on the same computer, and configure the ATV3
read this :

and

if your installation is not too exotic, you shall have no problem.

tried that but got this as a result for some strange reason.
this is the problem by the look of things: Failed to create socket on UDP port 53: [Errno 48] Address already in use, what do I do next to solve the problem.

it seems you already running a application that listen on port 53
you need to close it
it seems you already running a application that listen on port 53
you need to close it
how do I find out what running on that port or even better how can I just close it off ?
I use AirPlay from my iPhone/iPad and it works great usually
If you are running osx you can use this to see what is possibly using that port via terminal:
sudo lsof -i -P | grep -i “listen”
If not as in you are running a different os I don’t know.

How does that help? I even don't own an iPhone nor an iPad...
And what does "usually" mean? 70% of the time? More often?
