How to get plexconnect to open to all movie and all tv shows in new version?

So I used to be able to edit the movie section top list.xml file to change it to what I want to open to, and it doesn't seem to be the same in the later versions of plex connect.  Can anyone offer any help?  I am not a fan of the on deck feature on atv.  

 

Nevermind I figured it out, needed it to be changed on checked to 0 instead of 1.  Thanks.

Can you elaborate on how you were able to do this specifically? Also could there be a option in the settings tab to make a combined content option in the library tab as a option if desired? Called for example:

All or combined or whatever naming convention that would fit if desired to implement by the dev's?

go into your plex connect assets folder, then templates, then open either movie top shelf.xml or tv show top shelf.xml, change line 9 code

to

You can edit this to open whatever section first you want, if you look at the xml you will see section ID for each.

They are a bit custom as I have only a few selected in my media list in plexconnect.

what do you mean?  when I open my tv shows it goes right to the all shows list.

I thought you combined all your tv shows and movies all in one option. Like say you pick in lib tab, movies it displays tv shows and movies all together.

I totally forgot Roidy added this to the aTV settings tab recently in this commit so no editing is required to answer your original question that I confused as something entirely different:

As wahlman.j said PlexConnect now has the option to remove the "On Deck" sections, which will then make you start in the "All" section instead. You can find it in the Settings->Movie Options->On Deck, just uncheck it. The same applies to TV Shows and Home Videos. You don't need to edit any xml template files.
