How to get streams from French streaming services?

How to get streams from French streaming/replay services (arte.tv, france.tv, M6+, TF1+) ?
Exemple from my tv and my plex server installed on Ugreen NAS: the serie “il etait deux fois” (2026) is avaible from Canal+ or SFR play and not from france.tv.

Plex will can not make available content from external sources, except over-the-air Live TV.
Plex can notify you if “watchlisted” content may be available on other streaming services in your country.

Thanks for your prompt answer. Even in the “watchlisted”, french streaming services never appear as content provider. See my previous exemple, on “il etait deux fois” serie, available on france.tv.
