How to get Subtitles to work with my Plex Pass

I run Plex on a QNAP TS-251+ Subtitles worked at one time, I tried reading all the help items, Looking under the movies and TV setting, Opensubtitles.org is asking for a link and password any help Please, I also see in the settings that I am running a bata channel, can someone explain if that is a correct setting or should it be changed, Thanks, John
