How to I let the Plex people know that their latest server software doesn't fully work?

I’ve been looking for support, something that I rarely have to do because Plex works so well. I got lost in all these forums. Now Im not even sure I am posting in the right place (sorry if i am not meant to be here).

Since updating PMS to the latest release (Version 3.41.2 ), I’m getting two copies of every Movie and Plex is refusing to Update Libraries even through I’ve added new content. I have restarted my Mac etc, but I just want to warn Plex that other people may also suffer problems like me as a result of the Update.

I am a bit disappointed that cost-cutting has removed the friendly support people that we used to have.

Edit the library which exhibits the issue
go to the ‘Add Folders’ tab
inspect the folder names there

Are there folders which do overlap?
Are there folders which are no longer in existence or which have been renamed?
Are there folders listed which are now completely empty?
