How to install Plex Pass version of the server?

I could not find any instructions on how to install the plex pass version of the server. Can someone please post a link for that?

I recommend to only install a Beta version if you believe there is a crucial fix for your setup in this Beta. At the moment, there is no Beta available that is newer than the public release.
