Hopefully this is the right place to post. I have a raspberry pi plex server and also have a plex pass. Is there currently an easy way to install the plex pass versions with normal apt-get updates?

No there is not.
PlexPass beta releases are not in the repository.
The Plex Pass version is added to the repository when Engineering decides to make the release version public.
