How to install Sub-Zero plugin?

I did not find anywhere to install it.
Should I download it first? But I did not find anyplace to allow you to select local plugin files to install.
Is it under Channels tab on Plex Server settings?

I am using Nas Plex Media Server. Is it different from PC-based version?
I cannot find Application Support under Library tag.

You need to locate your Plex data directory based on your device.
