How to join scenes to one film

Hi,



i am a newbie to plex, but i really like it. Thanks here to the developers for the great work.

I am trying different things, how to handle movies, shows, …



How would it be possible to join some files with the same filename and a scene1, scene2, … at the end of the filename ?

Is it possible to joain the under one film with one cover ?

Hi Charlie!

You can stack multi-part movies. Have a look at the wiki for info on this: http://wiki.plexapp.com/index.php/PlexNine_PMS_Naming_Guide#Stacked_Files

wow, what a fast reply, thanks a lot.



Ok, that would be a possibility.

Would be there another way to customize the settings,how plex handle this and which files plex joins ?

For example: This works with pt1, pt2-files, and also iwth cd1, cd2 Files.

So somewhere perhaps i can configure with what files plex should join the files.

So i don’t have to rename all files.



Ok, by the way, there are some utilities for batch-renaming, i know.
