How to manually Re-Scan for new channels

How do I manually re-scan for new/moved channels?

Is the only way by deleting the LiveTV/DVR and re-adding it, or is there a method that just lets me scan for new/moved channels only?

I Googled this question and found articles that say just go to the Setup Page, Select the LiveTV/DVR device then hit the SCAN button, but there is no such button!

Using a browser, go to app.plex.tv. click on the orange number of channels enabled.
