How do I rescan live tv channels?
Settings > Live TV & DVR > XX Enabled (under your desired tuner)
This should bring up the channels you currently have access to, as well as a Scan button.

I believe you must remove and then re-add the DVR. I think these days it will remember your recording schedule but you should jot it down somewhere just in case.
How do you remove DVR and re-add it ?

You can also add/remove channels in this area by checking and unchecking them, to answer the other question you posted.
