When I try to get my live-tv channel to refresh the list, starting from home, I go to settings, “live tv & dvr”, then click on the number of enabled channels to pull up the “manage channels” window. There is a button on this window to “scan channels” to refresh the list. Clicking on this does nothing. As the frequencies of OTA channels are being changed per federal mandate, how can I make this scan channels work?
I have the exact same problem and can find no resolution. Did you get anywhere with this?
Sad to say, no. Not only that but somewhere along the line, it says that the server can’t find my usb tv device. This is in spite of the place that it still works. I’ve watched the update to the channels and there haven’t been any since early June so I haven’t persued the issue any further.
