Sounds like a situation I was facing as well, some time ago. After pressing ‘Rescan’, did you scroll down to the bottom of the channel list? In my case there was a field where I had to enter the zip code, which was not intuitive at all.
yeah i did and i eventually figure it out ,it asked me for what dvb standard and frequency i wanted to use, i managed just fine
another issue im facing is locally everything streams fine from the live tv but remotely (i can only try on iphone se 2020 and a ipad 10.5 pro) after a few minutes or seconds, the playback gets unwatchable ,green with flickering line while the audio remains intact… cant figure out why im guessing it has to do with the internet but here everything is fine ! everything else streams/*transcode just fine
Can you tell me exactly what you have to enter in the field at the bottom to be able to rescan for channels? In which format do I have to enter “dvb standard and frequency”? Rescanning channels for an existing dvr configuration isn’t possible at the moment, and if I delete and re-add it, the configuration is kept…
i thought the same … but i was wrong
click rescan or scan
then scroll all the way to the bottom of the channels and plex will ask you to enter more info

once you click to continue
plex will start the initial scan
do it every time u more your areal if u don’t use a external one
