How to play multiple Pre-Rolls?

I can only seem to play one pre-roll, adding anymore doesn’t seem to work for me. I’ve tried separating them with commas and everything in between, but nothing seems to work. Anyone know of a fix? I’d very much appreciate it.

See https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/292872/cant-play-pre-roll-videos#latest

That didn’t help. I know how to add Pre-Rolls, I already have one in there thats working just fine. My issue is, how do I add multiple pre-rolls to play, not just one. I’ve tried separating each pre-roll with commas but it doesn’t seem to work.

I think I read in a different Plex forum post that there should be no space after the comma.

Right. Also, don’t just put the path to your pre-roll videos without the filenames. It should look like this:

(Assuming you’re on Windows, and, of course, your path may vary):
C:\videos\preroll1.mp4,C:\videos\preroll2.mp4,C:\videos\preroll3.mp4

This may seem like a simplistic question, but is there any reason why you don’t combine your prerolls into one and just run that?

Right, I did that, no space after the comma, but I didn’t use the filepath straight from my drive. I used the url from the web player, just like this guide suggests https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/202920803-Extras could that be the reason why?

Also, yes I did end up just doing that. But I’d still like a fix for it tho’, I don’t want to have to edit the pre-rolls together every time I want to switch them up.

Alright, I figured it out. I do indeed need my filepath to be straight from the drive like Beckfield suggested> @beckfield said:

I previously had the file path from the url of the web player, and that will only work with one single pre-roll, not multiple.
Thanks everyone for your help, I appreciate it!

Ah, good. I was wondering if the old way for a single video still worked. So people who are happy with the way it was don’t have to do anything.

Glad you got it figured out.
