How to remove a Plex Server

Hi,

I have moved my Server to new hardware and I have still the old Server linked to my account. In the help files it was mentioned to log in to the server settings and oben Settings>Authorized Devices where the old server should be. Unfortunately it’s not listed. The old Plex server is on all user accounts from the server. Any suggestion ?
It’s the latest version.

Thank you in advance.

Schariez

I don’t see any extra server on your account. What is the name of the server?

“Home Video” ist the new one and “Plex” ist the old one.

„Plex“ isn’t an old server but the grouping of Plex‘ online media sources.

You can enable/disable those in your account settings:

Yes, on my Laptop it seems to be the Plex Services, but on my iPhone I have the old one listed. And on my TV and all other TVs in the house.

Well… that looks like an entirely different server reference.
Is that one still linked to your account in https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms or did you configure it as a manual connection in each of those devices?

I only have linked “Home Video” to my Plex account and there is no manual connection on my iPhone.

Which Plex app is on those TV’s? A connected device like an Apple TV, or the app on the tv itself like a Samsung?

On my iPhone I have Plex 8.30 (it’s an iPhone 13).

On my Samsung ES8090 I can´t use the original App any more comfortable so I have an Amazon 4K Stick with the App Version 10.5.0.4996

Sign out of your app and sign back in.
