Old long dead server still in server list

I have my fathers old NAS based Plex server still somehow associated with my account. I remember a few years ago where you accessed the plex website and could easily delete servers that you are associated with. But now it seems to have to be done via the normal plex settings > authorised devices.
Unfortunately the server in question doesn’t exist in there. I only have the one server which is my current live one (also I did have another old server which I had installed on my desktop PC but that is also gone as of a few months ago, so i deleted that and that no longer shows in any of my Plex clients. Unlike my dads dead server.

Any ideas on how to remove? I’ve read something about ‘reinstalling’ but i don’t see how that could help as it shows on many different clients… clients which were only set up AFTER the dead server went away.
I’ve done it via https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms and also via https://serverip:32400

Send me the server’s ‘friendly name’ per PM, please.

done, thanks

This old server is actually owned by your father’s account. And it is still shared with your account.
But your father appears to be now a member of your Plex Home. If you have your father’s PIN, you could ‘Switch User’ to his account and then go to the same Authenticated Devices page and erase it.

thanks Otto,
i just switched user to him (doesnt have a pin) and went to the same authenticated devices and it only lists 3 client devices, no servers at all.

I already “soft-deleted” the servers now. (which means they don’t appear anymore in the clients, but can get re-activated if the actual server is switched on again.)

My response was more aimed at other users who stumble upon this thread.
Sorry about the confusion!
