Server Version#: 4.22.2
I had to format Catalina v10.15.3 (19D76). I logged into Plex, download the Plex Server, gave a friendly name and started to add the libraries and when I loaded up there were two libraries. Unbeknowst to me Plex remembered my original server. Could any tell me on how to remove the server. Many thanks

You should be able to remove that server from your account here:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms
Be careful not to delete an active PMS as that’ll unlink it from your account!
Shoot Tom I did, they both had the same name, argh! So I now have no visible server(s), do I just download the server and set up again. TIA

That worked TJ, I logged out and in and claimed the recommended server which I believe is my user account name, is there a way I can rename that server? TIA

Settings > [that server] > General > Friendly Name
