How to remove password requirement every time plex starts

Every time we start Plex on our XBOX it is asking for our plex account password.  Is there a way to eliminate this?

Used the pin instead of logging on seems to fix it (but now I get lots of connection errors - unsure if that is related)

Are you using more than one xbox live account with your plex account? If so the linking between the Plex.tv account and Xbox Live account is one to one. If you log in with a different xbox live account on your plex account it boots the other one. There is a thread in the Xbox One forums that explains multi user which I believe works the same on 360.

The basics is to set up plex home, create a plex.tv account for your second account, send plex home invite, then log in with the new account on the other live account.

I've found that even using the same live/plex account on multiple 360's boots you from the last one you logged on to.

I've had to stop using Plex on 360 for the time being, but I have no doubt once it "goes live" this won't be an issue anymore.

We are going crazy trying to use this as it asks for a pin every time (and the black letter-boxing that is displayed around.all content wasting much of our big screen).   We are using a separate xbox account on all our xboxes.
