I have installed Plex on 3 different Xbox 360s. My current issue is that I'm constantly having to enter my Plexpass username and password after powering off any of the 3 systems. So far I have reinstalled Plex on 2 of the 3 systems and have deleted the xbox 360's Cache. Any ideas would be appreciated.
I have only had this with two occasions, if I sign in with another user on my xbox and try to open plex it then starts over or if I sign in using my credentials on another xbox and open plex it requires me to sign in.
I have this issue as well. I have my own XBox and another one that a family member uses with a different XBox account. I can only use one at a time because once credentials is entered on one and a movie is played, the other box forgets credentials.
i have this issue too and i thougth it was supposed to be like that as it is a work in process app, but since you guys say some of your boxees dont behave like that , now Im worried lol
It seems this is a common issue: you can only link 1 Xbox Live account --> 1 Plex.tv account.
If you try to use your plex account over 2 Live accounts you will see this issue because it disconnects from the previous one when you log into another.
same issue here between mine and my wifes account .. it would be nice if that weren't the case though ... :angry: :D
Yep, just ran into this with my brother. We both can't have our two different XBox's remember the connection on the same local network PLEX server. I love PlexPass and all the support from the Dev's and if there's a way to fix it, I'm sure they'll find a way as they have time.
I am also having the same issue, I have to either sign in every time I start the app or get a new pin. Was not like this before and just started doing it lately. Because of this I just don’t bother using it anymore and I am going to wait until the client is more suitable for prime time. Thankfully I have about a dozen other ways I can use plex.
