I know Plex wants to become the one-stop shop for streaming but some of us want it to simply play our own home videos from our own server. Having all the other sources clutters the UI and confuses my users. How do I remove them? I only want my sources to show. I went through all the settings and don’t see how to cut out the third-party sources. Thanks in advance.

It created quite a furor when Plex added the new “Discover” feature, since they turned it on by default, and neglected to give us a way to turn it off. You can set the Search tool to not include Discover sources in searches, but that’s all you can do for now.
Plex has finally said that there will be some settings for this, but no indication of how soon, or exactly what settings will be available.
