Old server still showing in the

Server Version#: 1.30.2.6563-3d4dc0cce
Plex lifetime subscription

Hi,

A few months ago I bought a new PC and stopped using the old one.

I created a new library on my new PC, which works great with Plex. However, I noticed that even though I removed the old server from the authorized devices, the server is still shown as a media source in the library, and in the account settings (it’s shown as “unavailable”).

I’m unsure what else to do to remove the server from these lists?

Interestingly, if I open my account with app.plex.tv, the old unavailable server is not shown. But if I open my account through 127.0.0.1:32400, then the old unavailable server is displayed.

Thank you for the help.

Was the old server a MyCloud Home?

Yeah, I did have the Plex app installed on the MyCloud Home, but after some time due to issues I removed it, and I used the MyCloud as a shared network drive through a PC - so the Plex server was installed on Windows, and accessed the MyCloud drive through the network.

Now I have the same MyCloud Home drive connected to a different PC, and using it the same way (with Plex installed on Windows and accessing the drive through the network).
