How to repair database on Plex Server on my Synology

Server Version#: 4.12.3
Player Version#: All
Recently any new media files are not showing up in my library. I reviewed the log files and searched for “error”. I found some entries that indicate the the database is corrupt. What is the process for repairing it (on on a Linux based Synology and a Linux noob (be kind))?

If I may augment with a Synology-tailored procedure?
